I don't know how much the General Classification is going to change today, but there's a pretty big battle brewing for the Maillot à Pois.
I'm expecting to see Joaquim Rodriguez finish with the polka dots today, but we may also see somebody like Tommy Voekler attack. With it being Bastille Day, we're guaranteed to see a bunch of French riders go right from the start. Should be pretty entertaining.
