D&D Next Homebrew: Shadar-Kai

I’m still working on the concept for the adventure I discussed here a few days ago, the one that starts in the Shadowfell and then works its way into the City of Brass.  It was slow going at first because I'd been struggling to come up with a hook to get the thing going, but then I decided to just hew a little closer to what I have in my current game, and things kind of fell into place.  In story terms, that basically means using Bane instead of Lloth as the evil church du jour, meaning that this is going to be the story of the Church of Bane vs. the Church of Shar--which is exactly what I have in my actual campaign, The Sellswords of Luskan.  
So anyway, now I feel like I have a plan, but I need time to start slicing it together.  Time, however, has been in short supply lately.  
In the meantime, the actual Sellswords have broken into the Fire Cultists’ citadel in the Shadowfell, and as a result, I needed some shadow-based fire cultist soldiers for them to fight.  So I made some.

Shadar-Kai Chainfighter
Medium Humanoid (Shade)

TRAITS
Shadow Ambusher: While in low-light or darkness, the Shadar-Kai Chainfighter gains +5 to Hide checks.
ACTIONS
Multi-Attack: The Shadar-Kai Chainfighter wields a spiked chain as a double weapon.  On his turn, he can make an attack with each end.
Spiked Chain--Melee: +5 to hit (reach 5’, one target).  Hit: 7 (1d8+3) slashing damage.
Chain Dance (Recharge 6): The Shadar Kai moves up to his speed, making attacks against any enemies to whom he moves adjacent. During this movement, Opportunity Attacks against the Shadar-Kai have disadvantage.  
REACTIONS
Shadow Jaunt (1/day): When the Shadar-Kai Chainfighter takes damage, it teleports 15’ and becomes ethereal until the start of its next turn.

Shadow Ambusher: While in low-light or darkness, the Shadar-Kai Fire Witch gains +5 to Hide checks.
Blackfire Affinity: Because of the Shadar-Kai Fire Witch’s affinity for certain types of magic, she has advantage on saving throws against fire and necrotic effects.
ACTIONS
Multi-Attack: The Shadar-Kai Fire Witch makes two Blackfire attacks or two kukri attacks.
Kukri--Melee: +5 to hit (reach 5’, one target).  Hit: 5 (1d6+2) slashing damage.
Blackfire--Ranged: +5 to hit (range 50’, one target). Hit: 13 (3d6+3) fire and necrotic damage.
Spellcasting: The Shadar Kai Fire Cultist can cast the following spells, each 1/day:
  1. Burning Hands
  2. Cause Fear
  3. Inflict Wounds
  4. Darkness
  5. Fireball
