Thanksgiving Pics: 2013

Ten pounds of turkey, raw and in the pan.
Sally, prepped and ready.
I used a salt and pepper rub, let the bird stand overnight in
the fridge, and then brushed it with butter early this afternoon.
Ready for the grill.

They have no idea what to do with themselves today.
The field of battle.  Yes, I'm grilling the turkey.

We've been drinking all afternoon as we cook.
This is Two Roads' Roadsmary's Baby pumpkin seasonal.
Three hours on the grill, and this turned out to be perhaps the best
turkey that I've ever had.  Smokey, wow!
