Sneax!

The "Sneax & Elaina Emboo" stories are fantasy fiction tales that I started writing for my kids.  My girls like epic fantasy--"swords and sorcery"-type stuff--but there's not much out there that puts the heroine first unless she's either wearing a chainmail bikini or else falling in love with some kind of werewolf, vampire, or other socially awkward, utterly inappropriate boyfriend.  That's not my thing.

Over time, my girls have grown, and so have their stories.  There's still plenty of fantasy adventure craziness, but by the time we started working on "Sneakatara Boatman and the Crown of Pluto," there was more going than the simple kids' stuff that had been the staple of the girls' earliest adventures.

I hope these stories are fun, but I also hope that they have something to say.

These stories are our family's campfire tales, then what we really want is to bring more people into the light, to share in the adventure.  Give us a chance.  We're on Patreon now, and we're also on Amazon.Com.  Support us however you want, but please, please, please let us know what you think.

I should not, too, that although I wrote these stories, they belong to my girls.  The money we raise is going straight into their college fund.

Thank you for your time and for your support.

The Crown of Pluto is the 2nd book in the series.
Wanderhaven is the city with everything, the gateway to the world and the capital of the Kingdom of the Western Isles. The streets are hard, though, and for a teenaged street-urchin named Sneakatara Boatman, they can be cruel, too. “Sneax” will do anything to escape the grinding poverty and hopelessness she’s known all her life. On most days, she’s lucky just to survive. Sneax’s lone friend is an apprentice wizard named Elaina Emboo, a rich girl from a nice family who hates the life that her father has planned for her. Elaina envies Sneax’s freedom but doesn’t understand what all that freedom actually costs.

When the infamous fire elf smuggler Draks comes to town, Sneax gets a chance to maybe change her life. But change is dangerous, and a fire elf will kill you as soon as look at you.
