I put this up on Instagram, a fact I'm mentioning because I recently (reluctantly) switched my IG profile back to public. What can you do? We've got some books to sell.
That said, I like this pic, and I think it captures our personalities pretty well.

Sally and I went to Devil's Hopyard State Park here in Connecticut as part of her birthday celebration. We had a good time. She shot tons of stuff to support her own IG profile while we were out there, and then we shot this, kind of spoofing the work she'd spent most of the day doing.
If you're wondering, here's me at the same spot doing the same activities three years ago. I've lost maybe five or so pounds since then, and incredibly, you can really see that in these pics.
I wouldn't say I'm swimming better now, but I definitely look a little better.
