It Never Ends

The worst winter ever strikes again!

We're expecting another 1" to 4" this evening, to go with the foot or more that we already having laying on the ground.

While we're talking, I finally got in a workout this week.  In the pool, naturally. Where else's am I going with all this snow on the ground?

Anyway, today's sets:
--Warm-Up:
----400 Swim (Easy)
----200 Kick (Easy)

--Main Set:
----3 x 300 swim @ 4:15 (tempo)
----1:00 rest 
----4 x 200 pull @ 2:55 (aerobic)
----1:00 rest
----5 x 100 swim @ 1:30 (tempo, as best I could)

--6 x 50 kick (2 x fly/breast/free) @ 1:05

--Speed/Stroke Work:
----50 easy
----6 x 50 @ :50 (aerobic, alternating fly/free)

--100 Warm Down
